GXC on Y-Talk Radio with Bea Fields

I was interviewed the other day by Bea Fields on Y-Talk Radio, an online radio/podcast that "presents interviews, news and stories from some of today's most forward thinking Gen Y leaders." Y-Talk Radio is a part of her Millenial Leaders program, and Bea herself is an author, executive coach, consultant and entrepreneur.
