  1. I really didn't do anything in the Soda game, I was just elected. As for Russian Writers, Tolstoy was deserving to win.

  2. xD My name is on there as a "winner" of the Family Guy game. Friggen Emma 2.0. Lmao.

  3. Hahaha, I think the Russian Writers in Florida game has had the closest margin of victory in any GXC game ever.

  4. Follow-up to my comment: Our team (Chekhov) was leading in much of the game, but Tolstoy pulled ahead in the later rounds, and in round 35 we were down 30 territories to their 36. Then we somehow netted 6 and they lost 1 in the last turn change and won 36-35. That was pretty exhilarating.

Exhilarating enough for me to post the Hotel Mario intro in Site Chat, at least.

  5. Haha, Quint, you'll be seeing my latest field journalling account of that game up here soon, I think. Once Emmanuel gets 'round to it. =P

  6. Yeah, he posted it. Nice run!

    Also, we over here at Orange Iguanas rivaled that in Florida tonight--had 33 players and got 3rd (1st had 53, 2nd 50, 4th 52, 5th 51, 6th 45).
