GoCrossPoliticalBash08

So while Obama and Clinton mosey across state primaries and caucuses, and McCain continues to win Republican races pretty much by default, the GXC team has moved on to bigger and better things in the race for the US Presidency. We don't need no stinkin' superdelegates deciding the fate of this country -- we have GoCrossCampus, the power of a collective hive-mind right at our fingertips! When we want to predict the future of America, we can do so! And by looking into our GXC crystal ball, we have foreseen that the presidential race will obviously come down to a heated battle between Stephen Colbert and Ron Paul. GoCrossCampus games never lie, and thus we will soon know who will become the next President of the United States once the unprecedented GoCrossPoliticalBash08 concludes with a winner. That's all there is to it. Why even bother voting anymore? If you really care about politics, just play GXC.

We launched the 'PoliticalBash on Jan. 24 as our first "semi-open" game, available for play by college students across the country. Anyone with a ".edu" email address can register and join in the action (you can still get in if you like -- the game isn't over yet!), and so far we've had players join from over 100 colleges and universities across the country. As of this writing, there are over 1,700 students participating, and numbers continue to rise daily.

Since the game's kickoff, the entire Obama team (which started out with more recruits than any other team by far) was slowly hedged into New Jersey suburbia and then hastily annihilated. McCain was ousted in California. Clinton and Romney are currently wandering around New England, hopelessly lost in the snow. Are they commiserating, perhaps, after realizing that the entire northern half of the country has been painted green by Stephen Colbert, and the fanatic hordes of Ron Paul supporters are currently dominating the South? We'll just have to find out!

[Message to Stephen Colbert: If you're reading this (and we know you are), it's high time to spotlight GoCrossPoliticalBash08 on the Colbert Report. Seriously, Stephen. Get the militia of the Colbert Nation up in arms and fighting at your back. You're neck and neck with Ron Paul in the race for the Presidency, and that's simply egregious. Time to step it up, man! Clench this victory! Rock the collective socks off the US of A! All you need to do is announce it some evening on your show! Easy-peasy!]
